Bobby Kan

A Johns Hopkins student, Bobby is the founder and president of F3Global. Inspired by international work on P2P financing under the Grameen Bank microloan model, he launched the U.S.-based nonprofit to support small entrepreneurs locally and abroad. He will be joining Bank of America’s NYC investment banking division as a summer analyst in 2025.

A student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Justin is an incoming investment banker at Piper Sandler, where he is eager to leverage his experience in capital raises to support innovative ventures. Inspired by his upbringing as the child of small business owners, he is committed to fostering entrepreneurship and making a positive impact in their community through nonprofit work.
