Bobby Kan

CEO and Co-Founder

A Johns Hopkins student, Bobby is the founder and CEO of F3 Global. Inspired by international work on P2P financing under the Grameen Bank microloan model, he launched the U.S.-based nonprofit to support small entrepreneurs locally and abroad. He will be joining Bank of America’s NYC investment banking division as a summer analyst in 2025.

Cheng Fang

COO

As a student at Vanderbilt University, Cheng serves as the COO of F3 Global. With past experiences in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, operations research, and quantitative finance, he strives to serve small businesses and help them grow.
